Refund policy

At The Threaded Vine, every item is made-to-order with care, intention, and your custom details. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all details (name spellings, sizing, color choices, etc.) before placing your order, as these items cannot be resold or returned. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of your order. After that time frame, your custom piece may already be in the works and can't be changed. 

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there is any issue with your order - such as a mistake in the embroidery, damage during shipping, or anything that doesn't meet your expectations - please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
